Return & Exchange Policy
Effective for orders placed on or after 24 January 2026
International returns are only accepted in the case of:
• Confirmed manufacturing defects, or
• Size exchanges (subject to availability; shipping fees for the new item apply).
For approved defective returns:
• Defects must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• Proof of defect (photos and/or videos) is required for assessment.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Colour or style preference
• Customs duties, taxes, or shipping costs
• others
Size exchanges are possible depending on stock availability. Please contact us to confirm availability before initiating the exchange process.
All other returns and exchanges will not be accepted.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items.
• Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any fees incurred, including import taxes, incurred when packages cross international borders. These fees vary by country based on local import regulations.
• Lost Packages: Anarei is not liable for lost packages during the return process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
• For international orders, all customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns will be handled in accordance with the return policy that was in effect at the time the order was placed as stated below:
Returns & Exchanges
• Customers may return full-priced item(s) within 3 days of receiving their parcel. Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original packaging, tags attached, and accompanied by the completed Return Form.
