Q: How can I place an order?
For our exclusive collections, orders are taken via Instagram DM or WhatsApp. Simply send us a message with your selected items, and our team will guide you through the process.
Q: How do I know my order is confirmed?
Your order is confirmed only after payment is made and acknowledged by our team via DM or WhatsApp. You will receive an order confirmation with your purchase details once the process is complete.
Q: Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Indonesia.
Q: How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are shipped within 1-2weeks (Monday to Friday) after payment is received. You will receive a tracking link once your package is dispatched.
Q: What is your return policy?
You can return full-priced items within 3 days of receiving your parcel. Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by the Return Form.
Q: Can I exchange an item?
Yes, size exchanges are possible, subject to availability. Please contact us to check stock before initiating an exchange.

Yes, all our collections are handcrafted, making each piece unique. Please note that minor variations are part of the charm of handmade apparel.
Q: Will the colors of the products match what I see online?
We strive to showcase the original colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in device screens and monitor displays, the colors you see may differ slightly from the actual product. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for these differences.
